Rfnry Pro (“Company”, “we”, “our”) operates a field documentation and crew communication platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our SMS/MMS messaging program.

SMS/MMS Messaging Program

Rfnry Pro operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with barn and ranch staff (trainers, grooms, barn managers, and ranch hands) for the following purposes:

• Horse care task reminders and daily care log prompts
• Health, vaccination, and Coggins expiration notices
• Deworming and farrier scheduling reminders
• Direct communications from barn management
• Requests for photos or documentation of a horse’s care

Message frequency: 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply.

How Users Opt In

Participation in the SMS program is voluntary and optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment and is not required to use any service. Crew members opt in through the enrollment form hosted for their organization, where the consent checkbox is unchecked by default and a decline option is offered. Submitting the form without opting in is accepted as a decline and changes nothing about the person’s employment or access.

Information We Collect

We collect: phone numbers, message content submitted by crew members (job reports, photos, materials lists), and message delivery status.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely for internal construction field documentation, daily log generation, change order tracking, and crew communication management.

Data Sharing — Third Parties

Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional use. Data may be shared only with service providers directly necessary to operate our messaging system (e.g., Twilio for message delivery).

Data Security

All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
